This user documentation is designed to provide a comprehensive overview about Met3D visualization software, right from it's origin, step by step procedure to install the software, to the various features available in the application. The documentation to begin with provides the details about the first steps to start using the application after successful installation.
Subsequently it is divided into:
Data Handling - detailing the input formats and procedures for reading in the data, Central Modules - detailing the general and common features of the application to handle views, user actions etc. and Visualization Elements(Actors) - detailing the various visualization elements referred to as actors and their features.
This is followed up by a section on use cases, demonstrating the usage of the application and followed by a section of certain specific tasks targeted at the advanced user. A glossary on the terminology used in the application and an evolving section on the FAQ sums up this user documentation.
